Summary:
Sets the vision preset to use for players' night vision view.
Example:
VisionSetNight( "armada_nvg", 1.5 );
Required Args:
1 : <vision name> Vision to transition to.
Optional Args
1 : <transition time> How long, in seconds, to take transitioning to the new vision set if a transition is possible. Default is one second.
